Infrastructures, B\u00e9nin<\/mark><\/strong> – Mandat\u00e9e pour conduire le projet de construction de logements sociaux dans la zone industrielle de Glo-Djigb\u00e9 (GDIZ), la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Immobili\u00e8re et d’Am\u00e9nagement Urbain du B\u00e9nin (SImAU-BENIN) b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d’un appui financier de 958,58 millions de FCFA. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’accord sign\u00e9 le mois dernier officialise la d\u00e9signation de la SImAU comme ma\u00eetre d’ouvrage avec un un financement provenant de la Caisse des D\u00e9p\u00f4ts et Consignations du B\u00e9nin, actionnaire \u00e0 hauteur de 20 % de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Immobili\u00e8re. Selon nos informations, le budget allou\u00e9 servira \u00e0 couvrir les \u00e9tudes techniques, administratives, ainsi que la supervision et le suivi des travaux. L’ouverture des plis des entreprises soumissionnaires \u00e0 la suite de la mise en concurrence, lanc\u00e9e en d\u00e9cembre 2024, est pr\u00e9vue pour le 2 avril 2025, apr\u00e8s une visite group\u00e9e du site des travaux le 28 janvier 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 920 logements attendus<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Cette phase du projet inclut la construction de 46 b\u00e2timents, totalisant 2 920 logements. Cela comprend 31 b\u00e2timents de typologie A, 9 de typologie B et 6 de typologie C, ainsi que 21 abris v\u00e9los, trois laveries et un poste de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
