Le choix de ce partenaire s&rsquo;appuie sur une proposition jug\u00e9e conforme aux exigences de planification, notamment en ce qui concerne la m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution et la gestion rigoureuse des ressources logistiques. Le d\u00e9lai d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution des travaux est fix\u00e9 \u00e0 six mois, une p\u00e9riode durant laquelle l&rsquo;attributaire devra assurer un contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 permanent \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape de la construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"un-investissement-de-516-millions-de-fcfa\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-red-color\">Un investissement de 516 millions de FCFA<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s les documents consult\u00e9s, le projet repr\u00e9sente un investissement global de 516 601 600 F CFA TTC. Ce financement, port\u00e9 sur une base autonome, est inscrit au titre de la gestion budg\u00e9taire de l&rsquo;exercice 2025. Les fonds ainsi mobilis\u00e9s permettront d&rsquo;\u00e9difier un ensemble administratif moderne r\u00e9pondant aux besoins croissants de la juridiction de Lokossa, tout en assurant un cadre de travail optimal pour les agents de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat et une meilleure qualit\u00e9 de service pour les justiciables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce chantier, pour rappel, s&rsquo;inscrit dans une dynamique de renforcement du patrimoine immobilier de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat.
